Prizes –
(1) Grand Prize: A trip for winner, one guest and his/her/their dog to a city within the U.S. that has a pet-friendly State or National Park of the winner’s choice. Trip package includes round trip, coach-class air transportation for two with roundtrip air travel in cabin for small pet from a major airport near winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); five nights’ accommodations at a hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (single room, double occupancy) and full-size rental car for length of stay. TAX GROSS UP PAYMENT: Sponsor will also provide winner a single cash payment in the form of a corporate check, which is intended to assist the winner with any federal, state, or other tax obligations related to the Grand Prize (the “Tax Gross-Up Payment”). The Tax Gross-Up Payment will be $5,314.00. Winner must complete the trip within one year from the drawing date or prize will be forfeited.
