(12) Prizes: There will be twelve total prizes awarded in the Sweepstakes. Each winner will receive one certified check for Two Thousand and NO/100 Dollars ($2,000.00), and one Moto G Stylus 5G phone (which will sent to each winner by Motorola Mobility, LLC. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the prize: $2,249.99. Any difference between stated value and actual value will not be awarded. The total ARV of all prizes awarded in the Sweepstakes is $26,999.98.
