Enter The Realtor AI DREAM HOME SWEEPSTAKES to win $2,500 + a blue-print or building plan, suitable for framing!
Prizes –
A total of one (1) prize will be available to be won and awarded in this Sweepstakes, consisting of the following (the “Prize”):
cash (or equivalent) in the amount two thousand five hundred dollars in U.S. currency (US$2,500), payable by gift card, check, wire transfer or any other medium chosen by Sponsor; and
a blue-print or building plan, suitable for framing, provided by Toll Bros, Inc. and relating to a dream home image generated using the AI Dream Home process that will be included on the Landing Page (defined below) for the Sweepstakes; however, such blue-print or building plan is not intended to be complete as to an actual home or structure, will address only the exterior of the home image (or a portion thereof) generated, and may not be relied upon for any particular structure, build or project. If the Winner of the Sweepstakes, while on the Landing Page, used the AI Dream Home process to generate an image of their dream home, Sponsor will in good faith endeavor to arrange that the blue-print/plan portion of the Prize is based on the (or an) image so generated by the Winner; otherwise (or if Sponsor is unable to match the Winner with such an image), Sponsor may base the blue-print/plan portion of the Prize on any image of its choosing that was generated using the AI Dream Home process on the Landing Page (regardless of who actually generated such image).
