PRIZE AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE
One (1) Prize: a 5 day/4 night Italy Experience Trip (the “Prize”). The Prize will consist of a trip for the winner and one (1) eligible guest to Italy which includes (i) round-trip, coach air transportation for Winner and one (1) travel companion from an international airport nearest the Winner’s home (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Milan, Italy; (ii) 5 days/4 nights hotel accommodations (one (1) standard room, double occupancy) at a hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion; (iii) English/Italian speaking tour guide to l accompany winner and eligible guest on all trip itinerary activities including round-trip ground transportation between airport and hotel; (iv) guided tour of factory where Nutella is made; (v) continental breakfast at hotel; and (vi) $800 U.S. Dollars awarded in the form of a gift card that may be used internationally (which may be used towards meals for 4 nights). Trip must be taken on dates of Sponsor’s sole choosing between May 1, 2020 and July 31, 2020; no alternate dates are available. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Prize: $14,500 USD. All prize details not specified in the Official Rules will be determined in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. Selection of the airline, departure and arrival airport, and hotel are solely within Sponsor’s sole discretion.

- * Daytime: Barolo Cooking class
- * Daytime: Ferrero factory tour
- Day 3: Piedmont region, Italy to Turin, Italy
- * Daytime: Travel to Turin, Italy
- * Accommodation: Principi di Piemonte (Turin)
- Day 4: Turin, Italy
- * Daytime: Turin Unveiled (Private Guided Tour)
- * Afternoon: Drive to Milan, Italty
- * Accommodation: Park Hyatt or Carlton Hotel Baglioni (Milan)
- Day 5: Milan, Italy to USA (International Airport closest to winner’s residence)
- * Daytime: Milan & Leonardo’s Last Supper (Private Guided Tour)
- * Evening flight from Milan, Italy to USA
