One grand prize will be awarded for weekend #2 of Coachella. The grand prize consists of: round trip coach airfare for two people to the Sponsor designated airport (i.e. LAX) servicing the Los Angeles, CA area (Friday, 4/21/2023 – Monday, 4/24/2023); hotel accommodations for two people—one room, double occupancy—for three (3) nights (4/21/2023 – 4/24/2023); two VIP 3-day tickets to Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival for weekend #2 (4/21/2023 – 4/23/2023); two shuttle passes for transportation between hotel/Coachella, front of the line access to the Heineken House at Coachella, and one $500 gift card. Gift card subject to the terms and conditions of issuing gift card provider policy. ARV of grand prize: $4,000.

Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any merchandise item(s) with an alternate prize of approximate equal or greater value in its sole discretion, based upon availability. Approximate retail value (ARV) of each instant win prize: $100.
